Algorithmic Trading Solutions Specialist

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Algo trading products across branches, franchises, and direct clients.
• Conduct Algo training, drive sales, and provide servicing support to regional branches, franchises, and clients.
• Organize webinars between the product head or vendors and clients/business partners.
• Understand client trading behavior and recommend suitable Algo strategies and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, client turnover MIS, and performance tracking reports.
• Support product team in refining Algo offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Ensure high service standards by addressing client queries, escalations, and post-sales support needs.
