Job Description: Oracle HCM Consultant – US Payroll
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US Payroll processes and strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
In-depth knowledge of US payroll processing, tax calculations, garnishments, benefits, and compliance
Experience in payroll configuration, setups, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of payroll balances, costing, and reconciliation
Experience with year-end processes such as W-2, W-4, and payroll reporting
Ability to work on payroll integrations with third-party systems
Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for US payroll
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle HCM US Payroll implementation and enhancement activities
Configure payroll elements, calculations, fast formulas, and validations
Handle payroll runs, retro pay, and payroll corrections
Work closely with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training
Support payroll testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployments
Good to Have
Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, OTL, Benefits
Exposure to Oracle HCM Payroll Interfaces and Reporting (BI Publisher)
Knowledge of OTL and Absence Management
Prior experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments
Desired Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Experience working with onsite–offshore teams
