Role- IT Recruiter 
Location- Bangalore/ Pune
Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
  • Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills and job fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels.
  • Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.

Key Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and screening abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Qualification Criteria:

  • MBA (preferably in Human Resources)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
