Role- IT Recruiter
Location- Bangalore/ Pune
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
- Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.
Key Skills:
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Qualification Criteria:
- MBA (preferably in Human Resources)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
