About the Role:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React, who can take ownership of backend-heavy systems while also guiding front-end development. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and mentor a team of developers across the full stack with a focus on backend architecture.

  
  


• 
  

  Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of backend systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee the integration of backend APIs with React-based front-end components.

  
  


• 
  

  Take ownership of system design, architecture, and DevOps in collaboration with the engineering team.

  
  


• 
  

  Guide the team through Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  5–9 years of overall development experience with a strong focus on backend engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Expertise in Node.js and related frameworks (Express/Nest.js, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Solid experience in front-end technologies like React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
