The primary role of the Alimak (Mechanized) Raise Leader is to lead a team to construct and maintain underground raise installations, performing various tasks such as constructing mechanized raise set ups, scaling loose rock, drilling, loading and blasting rock and ensuring that the drilling patterns follow the mining plans in safe manner.
