Responsibilities:
Menu Planning & Recipe Development
- Study and research recipes to create and set up innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences. Ensure menus are balanced, seasonal, and appealing.
High-Quality Food Preparation
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
Team Leadership & Task Delegation
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Train and mentor team members to maintain high culinary standards.
Cuisine Expertise
- Demonstrate expertise in Indian cuisine and multiple international cuisines including Punjabi, Malvani, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican. Ensure authenticity and quality in all dishes.
