The Role & Project:

MACA is looking for skilled Dump Truck and All Rounder Operators to join our crew on a 2:1 roster at the Duketon Gold Project in the Goldfields of Western Australia. For over 10 years, we’ve partnered with Regis Resources to keep this major gold mine running strong. Duketon is all about efficient, safe, and responsible mining, and we need hardworking operators like you to help us keep things moving.

To be successful in this Role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production mining open pit environment

  • Komatsu 785 experience 

  • CAT D9 & D10 Dozer experience 

  • CAT 16H & 16M Grader experience

  • Liebherr 9200 & Komatsu PC1250 experience 

  • Highly motivated and the ability to work independently

  • Have a “Can Do” attitude to safety

  • Current WA drivers’ licence
