Role Overview
The Alliance Operations Executive will provide backend operational support to the Alliance/Partner team, ensuring smooth execution of all OEM partnership processes, documentation, compliance activities, and internal coordination. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, managing partner portals, supporting MDF and rebate operations, and enabling the Alliance team to function efficiently.
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Alliance Operations Executive to support backend processes for our OEM partnerships. The role focuses on documentation, portal management, MDF/rebate operations, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth functioning of the Alliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OEM portal tasks: user management, deal registrations, program submissions, and NFR applications.
- Support MDF and rebate claims—data collection, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Maintain partnership compliance by tracking certifications, specializations, and revenue milestones.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams for approvals and data.
- Maintain trackers, ensure accuracy, and support audits and renewals.
- Assist in backend tasks for new partner onboarding and ongoing alliance operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong Excel & documentation skills
- Experience with OEM/partner portals (preferred)
- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
