Marketplace is a team within the Rides LatAm Central Operations organization, dedicated to optimizing our operations. Earners and riders are the people who connect in our marketplace-and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. Our goal is to strike the right balance between growth and profitability; this requires judgment to make difficult trade-offs, blending algorithms with human ingenuity, and the ability to create simplicity from complexity.
As the Marketplace Allocation and Core-Pricing Lead, you will be the primary architect of our structural pricing strategy across LatAm.
