Payroll processing (including financial reporting) using SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors Complete management of our onboarding process (included GWD) and Legal Entity changes Ticketing Handling Tool to solve employees'requests and issues Health Insurance Management and Novations for childcare and transportation tickets Managing of the teleworking agreements Managing multiple and different HR administrative tasks, from basic to more complex What You Bring
Studies related with HR, labour law or Business Administration Experience in HR administration, payroll or compensation team and extensive Social Security management experience (New hires and employee departures, contract changes, employee modifications, etc.) Previous experience working with HR softwares. Prefible with SAP Success Factors/ SAP HCM High skills in Excel
