What You Will Do

  • Payroll processing (including financial reporting) using SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors
  • Complete management of our onboarding process (included GWD) and Legal Entity changes
  • Ticketing Handling Tool to solve employees'requests and issues
  • Health Insurance Management and Novations for childcare and transportation tickets
  • Managing of the teleworking agreements
  • Managing multiple and different HR administrative tasks, from basic to more complex
  • What You Bring

  • Studies related with HR, labour law or Business Administration
  • Experience in HR administration, payroll or compensation team and extensive Social Security management experience (New hires and employee departures, contract changes, employee modifications, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with HR softwares. Prefible with SAP Success Factors/ SAP HCM
  • High skills in Excel
