Decmil is seeking experienced and safety-focused Allrounder Plant Operators to support upcoming works across our WA project portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for versatile operators with proven experience across a range of mobile plant. You will play a key role in supporting civil and construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of plant and equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators, skid steers, rollers, telehandlers)
  • Assist with general labouring and site duties as required
  • Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project targets
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, policies, and site requirements

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as an allrounder operator in civil, construction, or mining environments
  • Valid plant operating tickets and relevant VOCs
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Ability to work in remote or regional project locations
