Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ALPHACAM Programmer cum CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AlphaCAM software, CNC programming, and machining of wooden parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machine contour paths using AlphaCAM.
• Import CAD models from SolidWorks (STEP, IGES, DXF).
• Generate and verify tool paths, optimize machining processes.
• Select tools, define feed rates and spindle speeds.
• Create and manage tool libraries, holders, and inserts.
• Perform engraving, drilling cycles, mortising, and finishing operations.
• Transfer programs to CNC machines and edit parameters as required.
