Alteryx Server Specialist
Location: India, remote.

Position Summary
We are looking for an Alteryx Server Specialist to lead and support Alteryx Server implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics environments. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution, enablement, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver sustainable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead Alteryx Server implementation and configuration projects, including requirements gathering, environment setup, deployment, and go-live support.
+ Act as a technical reference for Alteryx Server administration, including upgrades, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
+ Provide ongoing Server support, addressing incidents, user access issues, scheduling, permissions, and environment stability.
+ Collaborate with the Alteryx Enablement team to support best practices, adoption, and user enablement when needed.
+ Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
+ Design, develop, deploy, and support analytics workflows and BI solutions using Alteryx Designer and Server.
+ Perform advanced data preparation, transformation, and automation, leveraging Alteryx, SQL, and related data tools.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.
+ Support analytics use cases involving dashboards, scorecards, and downstream BI tools.
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with strong focus on Alteryx.
+ Proven experience with Alteryx Server (administration, deployment, upgrades, or production support).
+ Solid understanding of Alteryx Designer, including certification at least Alteryx Core.
+ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
+ Knowledge of Python and/or R for advanced analytics or integration use cases.
+ Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
+ Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in complex environments.
Nice to have:
+ Advanced Alteryx certifications (Advanced Designer, Server).
+ Experience supporting enterprise or multi-tenant Alteryx Server environments.
+ Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise data architectures.
+ Prior experience working with enablement, training, or internal analytics adoption initiatives.
