Acoform Work Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aluminium Formwork Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for aluminium formwork design, from shell planning and modulation to coordination with architects, site teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate execution.

• Prepare Shell Plans based on approved architectural and structural drawings, ensuring correct grids, wall thicknesses, offsets, openings, and levels

• Develop detailed Modulation Plans for aluminium formwork including panel sizing, repetition logic, joint alignment, kicker planning, and pour sequencing

• Optimize designs for maximum reuse, minimum material wastage, and ease of installation

• Coordinate with Architects and Structural Consultants to clarify drawings, resolve discrepancies, and obtain approvals

• Liaise with Site Execution Teams to understand practical site constraints and construction methodology

• Identify, analyze, and correct design errors arising from drawing mismatches, site conditions, or execution feedback

• Issue revised drawings with proper version control and documentation

• Work closely with Planning, Production, and Quality teams to ensure design feasibility and timely manufacturing

• Support production with accurate drawings, material take-offs, and technical clarifications

• Provide technical support during site execution and installation

• Ensure timely design approvals and follow-ups with architects, consultants, and internal teams

• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and design changes

• Ensure compliance with formwork system standards, safety norms, and quality requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium formwork design

• Strong knowledge of aluminium/Mivan formwork systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/Tekla is an added advantage)

• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
