We are hiring for our client, Valve Manufacturing MNC Company in Sriperumpudur, Chennai.

• Qualifications and Skills
• Qualification - Engineering graduate with specialization in Safety management certificate approved by Regional Labour Institute or DISH approved institute
• Proven expertise in safety management practices within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 45001 standards to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its specific safety requirements is essential for this role.
• Strong capability to analyze EHS data and implement strategic safety initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with OHSAS standards and audit exposure (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to staff.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and regulatory bodies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems in alignment with ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS practices into all operational aspects.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions to enhance awareness and best practices among employees.
• Manage EHS communication channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of safety information.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of EHS performance metrics to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential safety challenges.
