AM - Inbound Operations

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <div> </div> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee daily inbound operations (GRN, Repair and Returns) and ensure efficiency and productivity of manpower</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and coordinate the receipt from vendors & factories and storage and Publish operational score cards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and assign team members on daily rotational departments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement and maintain Inward and GRN control procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement and maintain inventory control procedures including rack storage, Put away and picking.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement the reconciliation procedures and tally of inventory with high responsibility.</p> </li> <li> <p>Handling audit queries and responses.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage budgets and control operational costs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyse data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Should be good in excel and systems.</p> </li> </ul>
