<p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <div> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Digital & Performance Marketing</p> </li> <li> <p>Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track and optimise ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, traffic quality, and budgets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate daily with performance agencies on campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support brand launches, sale periods, and seasonal campaigns digitally. </p> </li> <li> <p>Social Media & Content Management</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage day-to-day operations of Carter's India social media pages.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate monthly content calendars with creative and agency teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure brand tone remains warm, parent-friendly, and globally aligned.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor engagement, growth, and content performance; derive insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Marketplace Marketing</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate marketing activities across Amazon, Myntra, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other partners.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage creatives, copy alignment, visibility placements, and launch campaigns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track marketplace performance and support key commercial moments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Offline & On-ground Marketing</p> </li> <li> <p>Support offline marketing initiatives including:</p> </li> <li> <p>In-store branding & VM coordination</p> </li> <li> <p>POSM development (standees, danglers, leaflets, signages)</p> </li> <li> <p>Store launches, pop-ups, and mall activations</p> </li> <li> <p>Sampling, gifting, and consumer touchpoints</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with retail, VM, and ops teams to ensure timely rollout.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with vendors on production, printing, dispatch, and installation of offline assets.</p> </li> <li> <p>PR, Influencers & Partnerships (Support Role)</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in execution of PR activities, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate logistics for PR kits, influencer seeding, and events.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign outputs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Agency & Vendor Coordination</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a day-to-day point of contact for digital, creative, PR, and offline vendors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Share briefs, consolidate feedback, and manage timelines and deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure quality checks and brand consistency across all outputs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Internal Stakeholder Management</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with Creative, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, PR, and Finance teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and timelines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain marketing trackers for campaigns, budgets, and deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reporting & Documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering digital, social, marketplace, and offline initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track spends, performance, learnings, and next steps.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain SOPs and process documents for marketing execution.</p> </li> </ul> </div>
