About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our partnership growth initiatives in the unlisted shares and digital gold space. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on onboarding new partners, optimizing partnership operations, and identifying opportunities to maximize value from our strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with operational requirements

- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth

- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations, marketing) to streamline partnership workflows

- Conduct research on potential partnership opportunities and competitive landscape in unlisted shares and digital gold markets

- Develop and maintain partnership documentation, including agreements, SOPs, and performance reports

- Identify and propose strategies to extract greater value from existing partnerships

- Assist in regular partner communications and relationship management

- Track industry trends and regulatory developments that may impact partnership operations
