We are seeking an experienced AM R&D Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing chemical reactions, monitoring their progress, and optimizing conditions to ensure high-quality output. This role requires a hands-on approach to research and development, including scaling up products and ensuring all activities are meticulously documented.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, monitor, and work up chemical reactions.
- Monitor the progress of reactions using standard analytical techniques such as TLC, GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
- Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions to improve yields and output.
- Purify compounds using various methods, including chromatography, distillation, and crystallization.
- Characterize and identify compounds using techniques like UV, IR, NMR, LCMS
