Job Description – Assistant Manager- Resourcing
Role Overview:
The role is responsible for driving end-to-end resource management processes to ensure optimal workforce deployment, improved utilization, and seamless alignment between business demand and talent supply. This position works closely with business leaders, HR teams, and operations to support planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency across service lines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning & Allocation
Oversee end-to-end resource management activities, including allocation, utilization tracking, and demand–supply analysis across service lines.
Monitor resource availability, workload distribution, and skill-set alignment to ensure optimal deployment.
2. Staffing & Hiring Evaluation
Evaluate and approve hiring requests by assessing skill availability, current utilization levels, and approved headcount forecasts.
