AM - Warehouse Operations

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations at our Guwahati location. The role involves managing multi-client operations (10–15 customers), ensuring operational excellence, service level adherence, and profitable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate GRN entries in the system.


• Ensure 100% accuracy in warehouse put away processes.


• Manage B2C and B2B order processing across multiple WMS platforms, ensuring zero SLA breaches.


• Monitor and ensure timely processing of RTOs (Return to Origin) for all customers.


• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain zero inventory variance.


• Ensure timely and accurate dispatches in line with customer requirements.


• Provide accurate and timely reports to customers as per contractual agreements.


• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff in alignment with approved manpower budgets.


• Plan and maintain adequate packing material inventory for all customers through proactive forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• 7–10 years of overall warehouse/logistics experience.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Lead (mandatory).

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.


• Strong data management and analytical abilities.


• Proficiency in WMS platforms such as Uniware, Easycom, and Unicommerce.
