Job Description

As an Amazon Account Manager - Client Success Representative at DataFuel, your primary mission is to retain, train, and support clients in achieving their sales and advertising goals through strategic use of the DataFuel platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on the DataFuel platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Monitor client performance within Amazon Ads using DataFuel, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) including ACOS, ROAS, sales growth, and campaign efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance review calls to share insights, optimization strategies, and results.
