Aristok (pronounced Aristo-kay) is a full-service digital marketing and analytics agency based in Pune, India. We specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ecomm & Q-comm marketing, programmatic marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO and media analytics. We are a young and ambitious startup, aiming to make a mark in the digital ecosystem with our strong capabilities in data and analytics.
In about 2.5 years of existence, we have grown to a team size of 80+, managing some of the leading brands in the country. The founding team has over 4 decades of cumulative experience across fields of Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing and Marketing Technology.
Job Description: ( NOTE - This role requires travel for approximately 2–3 days per week)
As a Sr Analyst for Ecomm & Qcomm business, you would be :
• Carrying out campaign planning & execution to drive business objectives of the brands
Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACOS, daily ad spends
• Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing products
• Strategizing, executing, and ontinually improving performance through markets research, experimentation, automation and razor-sharp optimisation for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads.
• Identifying and optimization of new, improved processes including but not limited to automation and reporting
• Nurturing your professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the ecosystem and apply it to our partner brands.
• Collaborating with the other paid media teams to drive holistic marketing strategies for the clients.
• Developing and maintaining a professional knowledge of new or emerging trending tools within the Amazon and online shopping space.

• 2 years of Paid media experience
• 1 year of running Ecomm Ads
A successful applicant would :
• Have 1-3 years of experience in managing campaigns across marketplaces
• Be a self-motivated professional who does not need hand holding or micro management and can function independently.
• Have impeccable communication skills - both oral and written
• Be insatiably curious about all things D2 C and e Commerce
• Be comfortable with the hustle and unpredictability of an early stage high-growth startup
• Contribute to the culture of the organisation by combining hard work, hustle and fun in your own unique way
• B. Tech/Engineering degree is a MUST. MBA is a plus; however not a rejection criterion.
