Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Amazon Catalog Specialist to serve as the eyes on our account, ensuring catalog integrity, account health, and content optimization across multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, Canada, Germany). The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Seller Central operations, flat file management, and Excel/Google Sheets, with a meticulous eye for catching issues before they escalated.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of account health metrics across all marketplaces.
• Respond proactively to performance notifications and account issues.
• Monitor listing alerts (BuyBox issues, hijackers, suppressed listings, inactive listings, suspended ASINs).
• Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve complex listing and account issues.
