About Farmers Defense: Farmers Defense is a mission-driven DTC brand specializing in protective workwear for the garden, agriculture, and hardware industries. We operate with a heavy focus on data and creative, move fast on opportunities, and build systems that compound over time.

The Opportunity: We're hiring an Amazon Channel Manager to own our Amazon ecosystem end-to-end—from advertising performance to content optimization to inventory management. This role currently represents millions in annual revenue and we are looking to scale it significantly in 2026 and beyond. You'll operate with P&L-level accountability and strategic autonomy in this channel.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: CEO
  • Collaborates with: Growth & Performance Marketer (paid media strategy), Ecom Ops, and the Creative Team.
