Role Overview

We are seeking an Amazon Connect Contact Center Engineer with strong AWS development experience to design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions
  • Develop contact flows, IVR, and routing logic
  • Integrate with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB) and third-party systems
  • Build serverless solutions using Lambda and REST APIs
  • Automate infrastructure using IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform)
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, security, and costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
