Role Overview
We are seeking an Amazon Connect Contact Center Engineer with strong AWS development experience to design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Develop contact flows, IVR, and routing logic
- Integrate with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB) and third-party systems
- Build serverless solutions using Lambda and REST APIs
- Automate infrastructure using IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, security, and costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
