Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to design, build, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, and Salesforce (Service Cloud / Salesforce Voice).

This role focuses on building intelligent call flows, telephony routing, Lambda-based integrations, call recording workflows, and deep CRM integrations. You will work on inbound and outbound calling, screen pops, call dispositioning, recordings, and SMS/email automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows (IVR, queue, callback, voicemail, last-agent routing).
• Configure phone numbers, queues, routing profiles, and agent experience (CCP, call controls, metrics)...
