About the role
The Amazon Connect Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising Amazon Connect contact centre solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), a comprehensive understanding of contact centre operations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
This is a hands-on role, requiring various AWS to be combined together and successfully integrated with 3rd party solutions. Our Amazon Connect Solutions Architect will develop technical blueprints for effective transformations while guiding design and delivery processes to ensure solutions align with business needs and our strategic vision....
