Job Description

We are looking for Senior Amazon Connect Support Engineers to join an active and growing engagement starting immediately. This is a solid opportunity to work on production environments involving Amazon Connect and related AWS services, supporting and enhancing customer contact center solutions.
English proficiency is required. Experience with Zendesk is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Amazon Connect environments in production
Configure and manage Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations
Develop and maintain serverless components using AWS Lambda
Work with AWS services to support scalable and secure contact center solutions
Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
Ensure best practices around security, access control, and performance
Provide operational support and guidance for ongoing platform usage
