We are looking for
Senior Amazon Connect Support Engineers
to join an active and growing engagement starting immediately. This is a solid opportunity to work on production environments involving Amazon Connect and related AWS services, supporting and enhancing customer contact center solutions.

English proficiency is required. Experience with Zendesk is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Amazon Connect environments in production
  • Configure and manage Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations
  • Develop and maintain serverless components using AWS Lambda
  • Work with AWS services to support scalable and secure contact center solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
