Amazon eCommerce Manager

Job description

 This is not an execution-only role — we're looking for someone who can lead Amazon as a key revenue-driving channel, managing it end-to-end like a business unit. You'll be responsible for the full Amazon P&L, from go-to-market strategy to day-to-day operations, with a clear goal: scale Hey Harper's presence and profitability across the Amazon marketplace.

• Full ownership of the Amazon channel — across strategy, operations, growth, and reporting

• Lead catalog and product listing optimization, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices

• Manage inventory planning, logistics coordination, and stock health in partnership with Ops

• Oversee and guide Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy — not necessarily execute, but ensure performance

• Monitor account health, drive review generation, and resolve any compliance or operational issues
