Up to now, I've been using an agency to manage our Amazon FBA account. It's fine. But fine doesn't build dominance. I want a full-time operator who treats Amazon like a mission, not a client.

The role title is Amazon Growth Operator (FBA).

This role is simple to understand and hard to do well. You will fully run our Amazon channel end to end. Listings, images, A+ content, storefront, PPC, inventory planning, troubleshooting, promotions, reporting. Everything. You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and have real ownership. If something breaks, you fix it. If something can be improved, you improve it. If there's money on the table, you take it.
