Then we have the opportunity for you! We’re seeking a Delivery Station Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Brasília - DF. You’ll operate out of one of our Delivery Stations, where we sort and process parcels. As a Delivery Station Manager, you’ll provide inspiring, supportive leadership for the teams you lead, while also getting involved when necessary. You’ll report to the Senior Operations Manager.
The quality of your leadership is key to success in this role: you’ll motivate and inspire your teams to do their best work, while planning schedules and activities that balance business needs with their wellbeing. You will also lead on process improvement projects aimed at streamlining activities for you and your team, with ideas that could be rolled out across the Amazon network.
