Role Overview
We are hiring an Amazon PPC Account Executive to join our in-house marketplace growth team.
This role will own end-to-end Amazon performance, including advertising execution, budget
efficiency, and revenue scale. You will work closely with category, supply chain, and brand teams to
drive sustainable growth across Amazon.
This is a hands-on execution role with clear ownership, focused on scaling revenue while
maintaining strong profitability.
Key Responsibilities
β Own and execute the Amazon PPC strategy in-house across Sponsored Products,
Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display
β Manage and optimize βΉ5 LββΉ10 L+ monthly Amazon ad budgets with a strong focus on
efficiency and scale
β Track and improve key performance metrics including ACo S, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR &
Revenue
β Perform search term mining, keyword expansion, bid optimization & placement testing to
unlock growth
β Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) on performance trends and business outcomes
β Monitor competitor activity, category benchmarks, and Amazon platform updates
β Ensure high-quality, timely execution across all assigned SKUs and categories
What Weβre Looking For
Must-Have Skills
β 1β3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC / AMS
β Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console
β Proven experience handling βΉ5 LββΉ10 L monthly ad spends
β Strong understanding of PPC efficiency metrics (ACo S, ROAS, CPC, CVR)
β Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and insights
β Strong analytical, problem-solving & RCA capabilities
β Ability to work independently with high ownership in an in-house setup
β Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Good to Have
β Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Hector
β Exposure to Amazon DSP, AMC or remarketing concepts
β Experience working on high-growth or scaled Amazon brands
β Comfortable running experiments and data-led optimizations
Qualifications
β Any Graduate
β 2+ years of experience in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) preferred
β Strong business judgment with an end-to-end ownership mindset
