AM/DM - Bidding & Tendering (Renewables)

Job Purpose:

Manage the bidding and tendering process for large-scale Solar Projects , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring business growth.

Tender Management

• Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Preparing tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork / Bid Synopsis.
• To gather tender information and references from a variety of sources, including online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, and so on, to submit the tender.
• To ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, and preparation of outgoing submissions;
• To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in format, on per bid guidelines and other factors and comply with the bidders tender requirements.
