AM/DM - Legal (Contracts)

This position will be responsible for taking care of PAN India Contract Management including Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation, due diligence of the properties, Contract Management System and advisory, keeping in mind safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.

Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation:

• Experience in due diligence of the properties as to verify the title, evaluating nature of the properties including developed and undeveloped, drafting of lease deeds while negotiating the terms of contracts as to minimize risks.
• Ensure contract execution activities are completed as per timeline. Negotiate contracts and minimize risks and maximize legal rights and contractual entitlements and benefits. Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically and help the relevant department. Preparing repository for existing legal contracts and documents including assistance in executions.
