Job Responsibilities
- Handling of assembly line feedback and warranty issues related to switches/harness/instrument panel
- Attending customer complaints and perform physical inspection - 3G on actual vehicle in assembly line problems and market problems
- Identify root cause, suggest potential counter-measures in electrical systems
- Create use cases and process flows for validation of root-cause of typical cases
- Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedbacks
- FTA approach for solving complex electrical issues
- Benchmarking process walk / Gemba at vendor assembly shop
- Propose process improvement
