Job Description

Responsibilities:

•

Design & Engineering: Develop technical specs, drawings, and documentation for PLC/DCS/SCADA systems; perform instrument sizing & selection, control panel design.

•

Programming & Configuration: Develop PLC/DCS logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Emerson) and SCADA/HMI graphics (e.g., Wonderware, FactoryTalk).

•

Commissioning & Testing: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checks, I/O testing, and field instrument calibration.

•

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in live control systems; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

•

Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (process, electrical, project managers) for project lifecycle from concept to handover.

•

Documentation: Maintain instrument indexes, update P&IDs, create operation manuals, and prepare project reports.

•

Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards (ISA, IEC) and safety regulations.
