Job Description
Define the manufacturing strategy for new launches, ensuring to have successful launches through the fulfillment of NPDS deliverables in a timely manner to meet our customers' requirements and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Generate the PIM (Integrated Manufacturing Plan) for new products. Define equipment and labor that meet product requirements.
- Perform the Quotation activities indicated in the M-1.
- Follow up and generate NPDS deliverables and PDPs tests.
- Develop RFQs for equipment defined in the PIM
- Perform quotation evaluation by generating a technical table
- Lead concurrent engineering process with suppliers. Engineering review and approval
- Generate content and presentation of Tech Reviews
- Support the plant through automation projects, plant engineering and continuous improvement activities
- Validate equipment with supplier and validate equipment at Nemak.
