<p>Oracle Cloud Manager (8-13 yrs)</p><p><br/></p><p>The Oracle Cloud Manager for Financial Accounting & Close Transformation is part of Global Finance Operations (GFO), Controllership, Finance. The role is responsible to drive success for AXP Finance transition of Oracle from On Prem to Cloud Infrastructure, by managing the migration of core financial accounting and close processes from on-premises Oracle systems to Oracle Cloud. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a small team of analysts.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Support transition of Oracle from On Prem to Cloud Infrastructure in partnership with Product Owners and Technology<br/><br/>- Work with stakeholders (Process Owners, Product Owner, Technology and System Integrator ) to gather and document business requirements and ensure that ERP system can meet these needs.<br/><br/>- Manage Fit Gap Analysis, Design, Data migration, System configuration, testing and post go live support.<br/><br/>- Leverage Oracle Cloud Capabilities to eliminate customizations, enhance controls and drive processes improvements.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely execution of deliverables, monitor progress against milestones, identify emerging risks, and create dashboards and reports for leadership review..<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders while setting expectations, collaborating, and influencing key strategies<br/><br/>- Drive superior discipline in utilizing project management tools to manage all key milestones from project prioritization through all phase of the project lifecycle<br/><br/>- Collaborate with key stakeholders - Process Owners, Product owner, Technology partners, System Integrator.<br/><br/>- Lead a team of analysts to seamlessly deliver the process and capability for deployment across Finance<br/><br/> Qualification, Experience and Critical Skills <br/><br/>- B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience in leading & delivering Technology Capabilities (Oracle & specifically Cloud experience is an added advantage ERP, AHCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPM).<br/><br/>- People leadership experience leading small-mid size teams.<br/><br/>- Good functional knowledge of Finance specifically in the areas of financial accounting and reporting.<br/><br/>- Project & Change management exposure, including establishing new processes.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer management experience.<br/><br/>- Agile mindset - positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
