AML Business Analyst

Position Overview

The AML Business Analyst plays a leadership-focused role supporting Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) and Global Sanctions operations. This position manages and supports AML analysts by providing guidance, quality control, coaching, and oversight while ensuring compliance with AML policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong AML knowledge, leadership capability, and experience managing PEP, MSB, and Adverse Media case work within a high-volume operational environment.

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week, moving toward 4 days onsite). Office location: South, 79 Wellington Street West, Toronto, ON. Anchor days: Tuesday & Friday.
