AML Intelligence - Controls, Analytics, and Programs - Specialist

This role oversees end-to-end AML technology programs and initiatives – from requirement definition, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, testing, implementation, and post-deployment governance. This role is responsible for leading and managing the optimization, delivery, and governance of AML systems to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and integrity, and compliance with AML requirements. This role requires the combination of strong project/program management and AML systems expertise to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions enabling systems and controls to strengthen detection capabilities and processes, while ensuring seamless and accurate data integration across financial platforms. By aligning system capabilities, data analytics, and strategic programs with organizational business goals and regulatory standards, this role strengthens decision-making, facilitates regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across AML operations.
