About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AMOS Technical Representative to provide onsite support for our customers. This role is critical in ensuring successful AMOS adoption, optimizing workflows, and delivering technical knowledge and support directly at the customer’s location. You will act as the go-to AMOS representative, bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the onsite AMOS representative for customer engineering and maintenance teams.

Coordinate with AMOS consultants for the additional training and consulting services to maximize AMOS utilization and best practices.

Work closely with customer stakeholders and IT teams to align AMOS workflows with operational requirements.

Provide hands-on support for integrating AMOS into daily maintenance and engineering processes.

Coordinate with AMOS internal teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Monitor and audit customer AMOS usage and processes

Regularly report on AMOS adoption, compliance, and possible improvements to the customer senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on AMOS experience in an airline, MRO, or engineering environment (5+ years preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of AMOS modules: Planning, Engineering, Material Management, and Maintenance Execution.

Solid understanding of airline engineering processes and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AMOS system implementation projects, post go-live AMOS optional module implementation projects, or post go-live AMOS adoption improvement projects.

Familiarity with AMOS reporting, integrations, and data governance.

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
