We at Coforge are hiring AMS Practice Leads with the following skillset:


  • We are seeking an experienced Application Managed Service Lead for our Modern AMS practice, responsible for building Next-Gen AMS capabilities and solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of experience in Application Managed Services, with a strong background in technical leadership, technology management & people management.
  • Responsible for planning, developing & executing Next Gen AMS propositions for AMS practice.
  • Develop and execute the technology strategy for Modern AMS practice.
  • Lead the Modern AMS team in developing and delivering innovative solutions using Automation, AI & AIOps concepts.
  • Responsible for institutionalized AMS propositions in presales proposals (proactive / reactive) as well as in on-going AMS engagements.
  • Work closely with partners to define differentiating value propositions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of application support professionals in ongoing AMS engagements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop AMS solutions.
  • Experience in Modern AMS strategy development, proposition definition & execution.
  • Ability to manage assets / accelerator development and optimize technology budgets.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years of experience in developing AMS propositions
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in leading large AMS engagements, driving initiatives for automation and optimization.
  • Should have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in developing and delivering AMS solution themes, Target Operating Models, Ticket Analysis, Effort Estimates & Pricing Models etc.
  • Experience in Automation, Gen AI, Virtual Assistant, Observability & AIOps would be a plus.
  • Candidate should have experience in working or leading Application Managed Services propositions / capabilities in his prior experience.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and end - customer interactions.
