Your Role
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for multi-tower outsourcing deals (TCV > US$30Mn), covering Application Management, Infrastructure, and more.
- Translate client RFPs into winning, differentiated solutions leveraging organizational capabilities.
- Design delivery models, governance, staffing, SLAs, transformation plans, and commercial structures.
- Drive proposal responses, estimation, BAFO support, and collaborate across global teams (200+ staff).
- Ensure high win rate, utilization, and contribute to solution industrialization and team knowledge sharing.
