AMS Timing Char/Closure Engineer

• Timing characterization for Analog Mixed Signal macros
• Setup and debug spice simulations to extract timing and power data for AMS macros at cross corners
• Run QA checks on extracted data for consistency and correctness.
• Timing and power .Libs for AMS macros
• Review path, topology etc. reports
• Methodology and flow improvements using automation

Master's or equivalent

• 3-4yrs hands-on exp in Nanotime lib characterization for AMS/equivalent macros.
• Experience & understanding in Hspice/Spectre simulators
• Automation using shell/perl/tcl or python is a must
