AMS Timing Char/Closure Engineer
Timing characterization for Analog Mixed Signal macros
Setup and debug spice simulations to extract timing and power data for AMS macros at cross corners
Run QA checks on extracted data for consistency and correctness.
Timing and power .libs for AMS macros
Review path, topology etc. reports
Methodology and flow improvements using automation
Master's or equivalent
3-4yrs hands-on exp in Nanotime lib characterization for AMS/equivalent macros.
Experience & understanding in Hspice/Spectre simulators
Automation using shell/perl/tcl or python is a must
