ANA03322 Technical Writer - Hybrid - Chennai

Role Overview:

Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for a large-scale, cross-technology pricing engine solution serving multiple global markets.

Document key components including data sources, data handling/management, elasticity model building, pricing optimization, and price strategy orchestration.

Produce deliverables: detailed Technical User Guide, Technical Development Guide, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Request Template, Onboarding Document, and Onboarding Readiness Checklist.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to capture and articulate complex processes in pricing models, data pipelines, and optimization strategies.

Develop clear, structured guides ensuring usability for technical teams, stakeholders, and new hires across markets.

Maintain documentation standards, version control, and updates aligned with solution evolution.

Conduct reviews and incorporate feedback to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in technical writing, with proven expertise in technical and functional documentation for software/data solutions.

Strong ability to document analytical models, data flows, and business processes (exposure to elasticity modeling or pricing systems preferred).

Excellent English writing skills with proficiency in tools like Markdown, Confluence, or similar; bonus for experience with Cursor AI or AI-assisted documentation tools.

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with data science concepts (e.g., statistical modeling, data pipelines).

Experience in global, multi-market projects or enterprise software documentation.

Ability to work in agile environments and handle cross-functional teams.
